1 - See Terms & Conditions of Service.
2 - Includes a consultation of up to 30 minutes during January 15 to April 17, plus consultations of up to 30 minutes anytime from April 18 through December 31. Unused consulting time from January 15 to April 17 can be carried-over for the rest of the year. Consultations include any personal finance or business topics of your choice. Fees for services beyond 60 minutes for the year are at our standard billing rates (ranging from $75 to $225 per hour, depending upon the experience level of professional staff required).
3 - One state return is included in each package. Additional state returns (more than the one state return included in the base package price) filed from the same federal return are an additional $69 each.
4 - One Schedule C or F is included in Package D & E. Additional Schedules C and/or F (related to additional businesses or farms more than the one which is included in the package price) are prepared for an additional $99 each.
5 - No charge for Tax Return Extensions filed by KSF CPA Services LLC between January 1 and March 15, if done at our request.
Please note:
If the services required are for a package which has a different fee than the package you ordered, we will contact you for authorization of the additional fee prior to completing your tax returns. For example, if you ordered Package C – Sophisticate, but your information shows that you operated a business that requires filing of a Schedule C, then we would contact you to authorize the upgrade to Package D – Entrepreneur and an additional fee would be charged to your credit card for the difference between the cost for Package D and Package C, with your approval.
